Welcome to Nibble. By downloading, installing, or using the Nibble app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Nibble does
Nibble is a nutrition-tracking tool for logging meals, water, weight, fasting, and related habits. It may estimate nutrition from photos or text using optional AI features.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping access to your Apple account secure. You must meet the minimum age requirements that apply where you live. One person may not use the service to impersonate another person or access their records.
3. Health and nutrition information
Nibble is not medical advice. Nutritional estimates, targets, recommendations, and AI responses are informational approximations. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Subscriptions
- Some features may require Nibble Pro.
- Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple’s App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID settings. Apple handles refund requests.
5. AI features
AI features are optional and may be unavailable, rate-limited, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before acting on them. The AI processing disclosure describes what is sent when you opt in.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, or use another person’s account or data without authorization.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every AI or data provider will remain available.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nibble is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including decisions made from estimated nutrition or AI output. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
