Why is my dashboard empty?
Nibble is local-first. On your iPhone, open Profile → Account → Sync now after signing in. The dashboard only shows records you explicitly choose to sync; it does not copy your local log in the background.
What should I do if Apple sign-in fails?
Use the same Apple account you use in Nibble, then try again from app.nibble-food.com. If you see a provider or OAuth-secret error, the service configuration needs attention. Contact us with the time of the failed attempt and your browser; never send your Apple password or private key.
How accurate is photo analysis?
Photo and text analysis are estimates. Portions, ingredients, cooking oils, recipes, and allergens can be missed. Check packaging or a qualified professional when accuracy matters, especially for allergies, medication, pregnancy, diabetes, or an eating disorder.
What does Nibble Pro include?
Pro unlocks the app's managed AI features, including photo analysis, AI Coach Chat, Ambient Intelligence, and Apple Health sync. Barcode scanning and manual logging remain available for free. See the Pro page for the current explanation.
How do I manage or cancel Pro?
Apple handles billing. Open your Apple ID subscription settings to change or cancel a subscription. In the iPhone app, use Restore Purchases if your entitlement is not showing on a replacement device.
How do I export or delete my data?
Use the account and data controls in the iPhone app. Account deletion removes the cloud account and synced records but does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that separately through Apple. If the in-app control fails, email us.
